When you click STAFF, you will be able to access the screens that Teachers, Principals andTransportation would use. Although there is email notification in our programs, we have turned them off for this demo.

The test drive link will lead to a LOGON page.

The “Staff” section is for school personnel to use with the following credentials to gain access to internal applications:

Teacher - username: teacher / password: teacher - teachers submitting Field Trip information
This username and password will access all programs after you click STAFF

Additionally, for Field Trip :
Principal - username: principal / password: principal - principals approve or deny Field Trip
Transport - username: transport / password: transport - Bus Garage or Transporation approve or deny Trip

To test drive Course Approval Management, Job Application Managment, Event Calendar and Discipline Reporting Management solutions please login as:
Teacher - username: teacher / password: teacher - to submit applications and reports
Principal - username: principal / password: principal - to approve or deny applications and reports

All Board of Education actions can only be done with FileMaker Pro® and is accessible with our download.
