The web based Event Calendar solution is the way for everyone who visits your school's website to see what is happening in the district. This calendar can list all your school events, from sporting events to board meetings.

A simple form is completed online by teachers, principals or Board of Education for district wide events. Each event can be classified by attendees: Public, Parents, Teachers, Staff, Students, etc.

Once the form is completed, the Principal of that school approves or denies the event via the web. If the event is approved, then the Board of Education uses SAS in FileMaker Pro® to approve and finalize the post.

If the Principal denies the event, then the event will not be posted to the web.

Any user can select a given month to see what is happening at your school district! Using this program is quick, easy and a real time saver.
